Summer Housing Period
Move-in date :
As early as May 19, 2023 (but preferably after May 30th).
Move-out date :
Sept 3rd, 2023.

We are a student run co-op house, not the official MIT summer housing office, which is under the
MIT Division of Student Life.
Perks
- Air conditioned rooms and common areas.
- Very spacious rooms. (Applicable for all rooming options)
- Fully furnished rooms.
- Utilities and internet (Wifi and Ethernet) included.
- Free laundry (two laundry machines and two dryers)
- Fully-equipped commercial kitchen (two ovens, six burners, grill, microwave, two industrial fridges, freezer, three-compartment sink, two pantries)
Eligibility
Our summer housing has fewer restrictions. You have to be a college student, although not nescessarily an MIT Student. Also, we only house college (4-year and 2-year) and graduate students.
Fill out the application form by May 6th. Applications submitted after this deadline will still be considered, space permitting. Let us know if you have a priority deadline.

Fees
The following fees are for the entire summer housing period. Even if you are not staying for the entire period, you have to pay the whole rent.
2022 Summer Rent (per person)
- Security Deposit: $500 (to be paid within a week of being offered a spot)
- Single: $3100
- Double: $2900
- Triple: $2700
- Quad: $2500
